Don't worry. You must be patient. Although intro posts can be overwhelming, it's important that you take it calmly and enjoy it, so that you can communicate a good presentation of who you are.
Oh I think I did a few introductions for the past 4-ish years around here but it's never too much if you want new people to get to know you :)
