Oh, the perks of getting sick, aha! I was just curious if there were people already talking about these topics so I could engage with them. At the moment I'm down about 66lbs from my peak but it's always nice to see what worked with others :)

For me it was just gradually migrating to a healthy lifestyle by cooking everything from scratch, getting rid of sugar, smaller portions, eating less often, and finding exercise that I actually enjoy.
Nice! Pretty much the same here. Keeping the diet as low-carb possible, intermittent fasting and drinking exogenous ketones so I can keep up in ketosis as much as possible :) I do long walks to compensate the lack of other exercises that I should be doing lol
