I wouldn’t give up owning my home to go back to the stress of renting, but owning is a lot of work. Things keep breaking, and it feels like there’s always something to fix. I’m not good at repairs, so it’s a lot of YouTube tutorials and feeling overwhelmed.

I miss those day's when it was the landlords problem to think about.

Sort:

in some places the landlord doesn’t give a shit so I would rather have my own place, but then I hear the taxes some people pay for their own place and 🤯

I sometimes wonder why we pay taxes on something we own?

Does that make sense at all. House insurance fine I get it, but taxes on something I bought with money that has already been taxed, I feel it's a matrix.

I don't think I would either, but some days I fantasize about being free of household repairs and expenses.

yeah me too, I think that can only be achieved if we become multimillionaires with passive streams of income. There, we could have house managers who would do all that work. I think that's the only way around that.

Do you have any other thought?

No, but if I come up with any I will let you know. 🤣

Sure 😁
