You don't need to know anyone, just keep posting quality and engaging. Those who likes your content will upvotes. No need calling anyone out.

He didn't even @ him in the first place. Just gratitude

I know, but most people on Hive doesn't like that.

I think you shouldn't speak for them, let them speak for themselves. Maybe you don't like it when someone shows you gratitude, let the old-timer himself tell him he doesn't like it.

Gratitude is something everyone should learn to do.

You don't have to take it personal, I show gratitude in a larger way, even wrote blog posts to appreciate people, but on a general approach.

Is there any difference with what the guy wrote and what you are saying?

I'm not taking this personal, I just feel you misrepresented him for what he was trying to do. You made a blog but he did it in a small way of thread.

Well, I can't be talking about the difference. Just let it go for now. You are welcome.

Come to think of it, a blog is even far more louder than a simple thread without even @ ing him. I assume you tagged those people you wanted to show gratitude to. Did anyone complain?

Ok, this is the difference. The screenshot.

You don't have to assume something like that which everyone knows is against the culture here. Tagging people or showing people's profile picture because they upvotes you is like begging for more upvotes, and most people hates that.

I think I have said enough about this matter. Cheers it's a free world, but with some unwritten rules.

Like you said, let's drop it and be cool with each other friend.

Sorry if I sound straight forward. I have suffered misrepresentation in my life and something rises in me when I see someone suffer it.

Hahaha, I like your being straight forward, I too like to speak for the truth. Moreover, I wasn't trying to intimidate this user but just to guide him or her in the little way I can.

Anyway, we had a great conversation today.

This will likely be one of the trending thread today.

Hahaha 😂

To make the world a better place

He wasn't calling him out he was showing gratitude there is a difference

Just speaking from experience. You don't have to draw people attention to someone unnecessary, and Hive people doesn't like that.

Well done for your experience and I respect that. But again he wasn't drawing attention unnecessarily, he was showing a necessarygratitude.

There is a difference. Hive people are human beings, some like some don't.

Let's drop it from here. Thanks for engagement.

Good decision, let's do. You're welcome
