But, there is one issue that #threads are comments that do not stay on your page like regular posts do for some time and you can even search them in some frontends.
#threads are fast paced pieces of information, they only get more attention either they are trending or pinned.
Suppose, you wrote a threadstorm and put a link in another thread for promotion, you wrote 10 more threads, the threadstorm is now buries under 10 more comments, hard to find by other users.
And there is a solution to it, Devs can add a placeholder akin to trending section, where only long form threads can appear such as threadstorms.
