We live in a world now where crypto has really gone viral with the aspect of people trooping in daily but this same people mostly are men and I would say that women generally have really taken the back seats when it comes to innovation and technology and also the idea of joining crypto.

However, I would say this occurs mainly in Asia and Africa and I believe recruiting more females to crypto currency would really change their ideology and mindset on how to go about it to be part of it. In our world today, we have fewer number of females been involved in crypto platforms and also the blockchains due to lack of knowledge about how it works and how to be involved.

There should be ways that need to campaign for more participation and involvement of women to the crypto world. And social media should be part of it with the way information and technology has gone viral it should be able to help bring in females to crypto currency and also mass media and even through peer to peer network for their participation.

I believe mass education is another way to educate and empower this women especially in patriarchal societies since the involvement requires people from Asia and Africa because only an educated woman can understand how crypto works.

Airdrops should be another aspect or ideas to attract these women and it can be easily done by start ups to distribute tokens.
Definitely, men as we know are usually on the center stage of the crypto world. Therefore, to educate and to include more women to partake in it, airdrops should be another means which is more open and attractive to women, this would even keep the few ones who are already involved in crypto would have reasons to remain and to benefit.
It would be a great idea to have more women be visible in the space that's why I believe these ideas can help to let other women know that there are other fellow women in the platform and more of them are also needed.
Though, am not saying is compulsory but a great idea to let them know and be technical to be a part of blockchain as long as they are curious, interested and willing to learn, they can be part of it.
In conclusion, with the involvement of women who are the bedrocks of society and they throughly deserve to be involved in crypto currency and also will make the future of crypto a progress.

A good organic way of empowering women is that women that are already into Crypto try to introduce those that are not. Word of mouth has been a slow but successful strategy. Hive is the perfect entry point to do that.
