Many people feel that their efforts are noticed when they are commended. In the family, married mates are happy when they are commended for their efforts. Children puts more efforts when parents commend their efforts.
Have you ever been given commendation? Then you know how it warm the heart and lift the spirit. In today's world sincere words of commendation are not the norm. It is not suppressing because people are self centered and unthankful.
When we find others precious qualities, we can commend them. The result will be that our words of commendation will refresh them and they may even try harder to do what is right.
For us we will experience the joy that comes from sincerely commending others.
