Hello everyone,
Another couple of weeks have passed, and it's time for a report. I'm feeling pretty optimistic about the markets, the last rounds of FUD feel much like disbelief and I'm more than happy with a few months of accumulation ahead. Let's recap, as I have made several moves in recent weeks.
- Despite the last downturn of the market, SEED as a whole is outperforming thanks to DAO. High-quality presales are being cooked and this only means UP for the price of DAO, which is gaining huge momentum as interest for cheap tokens builds up (Now is the BEST TIME to invest in new projects).
Another reason for this PA is that now presales require DAO which is being used as payment for the allocations, building up huge buy pressure on the token, which already had strong tokenomics.
And you know... as MA's pile above each other... means momentum is being built.
We have plenty of funding ready (+5K$ ) only for this purpose but won't hesitate to liquidate some other positions in order to allocate into presales given the circumstances. Today we invested 2,5K$ into CryptoGPT, let's see if we can capitalize a bit on the recent AI megatrend.
- Given that the Orion Protocol APRs have been drastically reduced and 5-10% for allocating money into a pool is a big NO from me, I've pulled out from Orion Pools. I sold some ORN in order to have more fresh cash at presales disposal, while I used our ETH to borrow a 5K USDC position.
This USDC has been exchanged for HBD and put in savings, so we're getting a net +18,5% profit on our stables while keeping the ETH. The HBD is in the @seed-cold account and is being used to slowly build an HBD buffer for now.
- I've 'zeroed' multiple projects on our cointracking account, Most were dust allocations that were costly to redeem (in ETH as they're being released in small batches), and don't like the fact that they alter a bit our numbers. Pref to keep our % clean. These will be claimed over time, of course.

Can you tell us a little bit about the borrow part? I've read a few times that some use it, but it's still a bit confusing for me.
