Do you need to verify your identity to use coinbase earn? It's been months but they still say I am not eligible. Have you ID'd yourself with coinbase?
Yes, you need to. This morning when I tried to access the site, it demanded an additional KYC - a proof of address. I uploaded a utility bill and was confirmed minutes after.
