Intermittent fasting does work.

It can balance your blood sugar. Reduce body toxins and reduce anxiety too.

I actually do. The Intermittent thingy. Gives me for months extra energy, more positive mindset, more patience, and foremost, less stress. at some point I have to stop and restart again to experience the above.
