Wow, I'm at #35 in terms of engagement, it's good to get out of that bottom 20, but still see room for improvement. I have my eye on the top 20 and then an even higher (but possible) summit to reach, the top 10. Wish me luck! :)

There's plenty more not in the list so no.35 is pretty decent.
It looks like around 15 comments a day of a paragraph in length on the posts of others could see a top 20 spot grabbed.

That's why I'm thankful for the list as it's an indicator that the community is growing. Even more importantly, it gives us smaller fish a chance to chat with some of the heavy-hitters and get known a little bit.
Part of the reason I don't do Discord, is I remember they were soliciting ideas in a live chat with the devs for was it Splinterlands? or Steem Monsters? a few years ago and seeing friends only talking to other friends. I had some good ideas, but after hours of messages, no one responded to me. They were so busy chatting with the people they knew.
This had been happening forever, where newer people would be constantly ignored. I was excited to help add to whatever game it was and Isaria? (spelling), who I'd met in Steem chat, was the only one who finally messaged me, she encouraged me to keep trying, as they would need plenty of help with the game, but I was so disgusted that I left. So it's good to be able to contribute.

The amount of Discord servers and 'room's with those is quite insane. I struggle to interact there and find what's happening, and end up mostly giving it a miss.
I understand this interface doesn't allow for rapid interaction, but on chain is where things should be discussed if possible, imo.
