Coti, huh?
First I had to pull out promoted search results "coti bank card -citi -citibank" - I did not like seeing the Citi logo. Citi stole $5,000 from me. Santander stole $30,000 Banks = Bad!

Looks interesting. I will be created an identity to check into it. Of course, it will not be successful if there is a hint of KYC.

    I tent to agree with you as they do want KYC and don't know of another option right now. For me the answer id travelling and opening another account in a crypto friendly country at some point unless something else appears as another way out.
