It would be great if this technology came to my country, since there are only the traditional miners and they are old and very expensive, even more expensive than in the country where it is manufactured.

yes, they are only in the US, Europe and Asia. as the device uses low power radio waves to transmit data, they need to build the devices in line with local regulations.
i imagine they will expand to other continents eventually, but i'm not sure on the timeline.
