No dust on LEO so you can vote as small as you want.
But as every LEO vote is also a HIVE vote, it's still worthwhile setting up @dustsweeper.

On the server, they have a room that lets you check your balance and manage your settings.
Just send any amount of HIVE to @dustsweeper and it will start saving your dust.

Nothing extra needed, just follow one or the other or both. I still follow both.
When I became able to spare HP for delegations, my first (small) delegations went to these accounts.
