I still find the key-handling as a big barrier to newcomers, specially when creating an account with Ecency.
Every time I create a new account to somebody else, I make sure to set one of my accounts with Owning authority over the news one before giving the master key to the new owner. If the new owner still has the classic "lost my password"/"lost my keys" problem, I will always be able to recover the account. And when the user gets enough knowledge to understand how everything works on Hive, can simply remove my Owning authority of said account with one of several tools available here.
