Last night, I didn't have my dinner before going to bed. I woke up at 2 am and felt very hungry. With no food in sight, I grabbed a book to read and fell back to sleep.
I am just waking up now, and the hunger is hard on me. I need to fix breakfast fast before anything else.
Went to sleep without dinner is not a good habit. I think you need to be more concern about your health. Otherwise you may face health issues.
