SEC Chairman Gary Gensler tweeted again that "if you're considering an investment involving crypto assets, be cautious. Crypto asset securities may be marketed as new opportunities but there are serious risks involved".
Gensler's similar actions for two consecutive days were considered by the community to be a disclaimer ahead of the possible launch of a Bitcoin spot ETF.
