HELLO WORLD!
Many moons ago, I hatched from a (philoso)raptor's egg, to make a move in the mundo of money. It's a beautiful place, where the grass is greener than one dollar bills.
oops... they are grey
but hey
forgive me,
don't be mean,
as I am green.
My predecessors lived frugal lives,
often filled with struggle and pain.
Food was scarce,
the weather was often harsh,
and there used to be danger, all around.
In fact, there still is plenty of that that to be found,
if you focus on it...
I, on the other hand, left the egg,
to find myself safely inside a warm cave.
Not just that, it was a cave with internet
( not to be confused with an internet café ).
And by that time, my parents and older siblings had set up a system
that guaranteed sufficient amounts of food,
more than enough to survive the longest and toughest of Winters.
In other words:
For me, hunting was no longer required.
I was raised with in and on the World Wide Web
fortunately, a web without spiders, although I was occasionally confronted with bugs
my designated place appeared to be in front of the computer.
And, although cave dwellers did not have to pay any rent, finance was to be my topic, from that day onward.
Hence the name 'finansaurus'.
My family believed that money would make us level up and would surely lead to an even more comfortable life, in the long run. Perhaps even a life outside a cave, in a mansion at the sea or some other condo.
Although, in all honesty, not paying any rent was a financial bonus, so the cave would make do, for the time being.
Suffice to say that I was destined to represent the 'family' in the area of finance and I swore not to disappoint them.
As mentioned before, it's now many moons later, and I finally made my way to this decentralized blog called Hive.
I'm happy to 'bee' here
and I feel it's about time to start sharing my stories on here.
I plan to share my financial adventures on here, from now on, and hope that they benefit you, one way or another. Even if they just make you smile or laugh, my mission will be accomplished. After all, laughter is enriching too and so is making others laugh ( that is, if they aren't laughing at you ) ;<)
