The only reason LEOF would abandon HIVE if it stops solving their problems & stops providing opportunities.
And I don't see that happening because this community is close-knit & tight. Many LEO Hodlers are Hive HODLers too. The reason why Leo Finance is so successful because "interoperability" is their core value. So imo, it will only expand to other Blockchains and connect them with HIVE rather than parting ways from it.

Agree. They should stay on Hive. I don't like the idea of their own blockchain.

i agree with you on this one. there is no real need to move. however, I was taking in the chase of capacity. think of a situation whereby leofinance becomes a community of one million users and we have 5-6 communities like that on hive. certainly, the cost of running the blockchain goes up significantly. that kind of challenge might result in a break away don't you think? it is all in theory...

That's a valid point Nonso. Do you know how much scale Hive can handle? As far as I know, DPoS systems are scalable and faster than PoW & other types. Leo Finance having one million active users is very much possible & I am sure these people must have thought about it at some point in time or they will have to in the near future.
