Was about to respond to this but it seems have @khaleelkazi has answered you correctly. The seed phrase is the master key. Don't lose that or else you are in deep shit. Especially you've got some funds over here.
how can I get the master password same as I have others like active and posting?

The seed password or master password (same here) is a derivative key, which means that for each unique master password you will have a set of unique owner, active, posting, memo keys. If you change ANYTHING on the password, ALL your keys change and vice versa too.

Your master password is your Seed Phrase
So if you need your master password for Hive anywhere, use that seed phrase
you mean I can use 24 words with spaces anywhere on hive where master password is required?
yes... check if you were not copying the "" at the end of the seed phrase... it should be "without that".
Can we allow a way for users to decrypt their keystore file and get access to the seed password in case they forgot to copy it?
Either that, or disallow the next button on the creation, until the user copies the seed phrase (and not just download the json file). Something like that.
I know there will be people failing to copy the seed password, even if its there!
