Floob Records started it's journey on Hive one month ago and despite a few of my errors, we're off to a good start!

my newbie mistake... today I noticed that none of the previous posts were distributing to Floob Records artists as beneficiaries! I'm not sure what happened because I was sure I set it but apparently I did something wrong. hmmmm. so this post is also a test to make sure it is working properly.
In order to remedy the situation, I sent Hive manually.

Mike is taking time away from music (it's warm out! time for camping and motorbiking!). So I will be running the ship on my own for now.

Floob Records officially has a new artist! @Orkhammer has submitted his first single to Distrokid and I will soon be updating the website and posting about it as soon as it hits the mainstream streams.

we got another two artists to join hive! @jimagine59 (Spoke Pants of the Flowering Skillet) and @atomiclily (Spoke Pants and Nora and Gnoll)! I am very excited that they will now be benefiting from this Hive record label experiment!

I have decided to change the beneficiary plan. For starters, i removed myself. It didn't make sense, especially since I'm delegating 1000HP to help get this project off the ground. The next thing I did was give an even 6% split to all label artists that have signed up to Hive. This will have to change as more artist sign up, but for now this seemed most fair.
So 70% of each post reward goes to build the Floobrecords Hivepower and 30% is divided for the artists to do whatever with. I'm always totally open to suggestions and I plan, as the account grows, to give the artists more and more of that percentage cause the point is to ultimately build a stream of income for all the artists so we can all do more art and music!!!

I have also updated the following trail so that this account automatically 100% upvotes posts by Floob Record artists AND all hive artists who've collaborated with us!
Whew! Now that this boring biz stuff is done I can get back to MUSIC! What's it all about!!

Floob Records is using Hive as an alternate way to pay all the artists in our collective. Your upvotes are also supporting the musicians as beneficiaries :D
