I really want to see RWA NFT projects that brings so much value and improvement to the world. There are a whole lot of social problems like unemployment. So a RWA NFT that creates opportunities for people to change their economic lives and in turn empower others. Gradually, blockchain can then go mainstream.

this is a great idea too, imagine have real world aseet NFTS project in Nigeria that would curb unemployment. It would go a long way to create jobs and earn from the services provided... I wish it would be a reality

Yes. People need to be empowered economically. When they see their lives improve in real time, then it would be an amazing contribution.
This is true & I believe there is so much that can be achieved with a Blockchain project that is tied to a Real World Asset.
On Hive, the fact that people can go shopping in Cuba or Venezuela & pay for groceries with HBD is a good example
