Are electric vehicles more environmental friendly than those of petrol?
In use they seem to cause little or no air pollution. But I assume they do have their own issues too.

What people don’t look at is that it takes fossil fuels to charge them, mine the materials for batteries, and use child labor in many cases to do so…
The whole EV is better for the planet is bullshit.
These are critical issues that make EV less of an option. Looks like taking money from one pocket and putting it into another!!!

1/ EV will change public transport dramatically. But thee adaptation is a high barrier. The major problem is the serviceability and charging station, lack of that will not make it an attractive choice.
2/ Second the initial cost is high for manufacturing and of you are importing Lithium ions from other countries, it will further increase the input cost.
