One other thing that happened this January is the visitors I hosted. My Inlaws came down and spent some time in my place. It was not easy as it badly affected my availability to do business or any type of work.
So I was always taking them somewhere to see someone, or to the market to buy something. No regrets whatsoever, but the visit affected my activity and I was not able to do everything I wanted to do.
But now they are gone, its time to resume fully. I resumed fully 2 days ago and from here, I will do more.
Have you hosted a visitor recently? How did it go?
It was truly wonderful hosting some family members, even though it did have an impact on my business. But hey, family comes first, right? I'm sure they won't stop talking about how well they were received.
They wont at all. We made our sister proud too. She will be more respected over there. No regrets at all. If given another chance, we will do more than we did self.
Making our sister proud and contributing to her respect means a lot. No regrets here either. If another chance comes our way, count on us to do even more. Family comes first, and I'm glad we could make a positive impact.
Yes I hosted some family members at the beginning of the year though it was just for 2 days but it was engaging.
Yours was really a short time. Mine was two weeks. We had fun and really shared a lot. The only thing was that it affected how i would have loved to start the year. But then, no regrets. We do it for family. Isn't it?
uhhm I can't say directly that I have, since I'm still under my parents, but I have indirectly, and as a younstar I find It fun though
Its interesting. Its a great way to show hospitality too. Just that when the visit is extended, it might affect your personal schedules. Can you tell me the persons that you have hosted as guest together with your parents?
well, the last one was my mum's pioneer mate, when she was in the full time service
I can relate to your experience, sometime towards the end of last year, I hosted a visitor that is from another city, and they wanted to see all the stuff that makes my city talk of the Town. It was hectic for me.
Now this is my point.. I spent most of the time taking them from one point to another. We usually spend the whole day in places like markets, etc. It was fun, stressful and time-consuming. But no regrets though.
