I agree with the sentiment that Hive should be marketed to devs, not end users (with that being left up to the dApps themselves).
But giving $160K(!!!!) of the blockchain's money to an agency up front is not how I'd go about it.
Agencies are not our friend...
This may seem like a lot of money to you personally, but in terms of your marketing budget, it's not that much. Other blockchains spend millions per month. I am not saying that we should do the same thing, but we should not fall into the opposite excess either.
