RE: Polygon Moves More Towards Web3.0

in LeoFinance3 years ago

Web3 University actually looks pretty cool.

It's interesting how different blockchain communities think of their own networks as the gateway to Web3.

For example this Polygon (MATIC) stuff is obviously all very Ethereum-centric.

Then just look at what we talk about here on Hive, using different front-ends to access content on our blockchain.

But for me the holy grail of Web3 (well all of crypto really), is still blockchain interoperability.

Who will make that possible?

I don't really see it as a one fix all kind of thing. I think it's going to be a blend between companies, crypto and a large community for decentralized building those applications and honestly they both will most likely be battling for a while. I don't see my web3.0 vision of really being decentralized and rewarding back to content creators happening for many more years but the shift is starting to happen. Think of it as the internet in 1997 you couldn't do much with it and it turned into the wild west. But a lot of freakin cool stuff and peoples imaginations came from it all. I think that's where we are at with web 3.0.
