Not sure if this is the place to ask, but is there a business plan to make PeakD and Ecency self sustainable without the DHF?
Or the blockchain just funds their private business forever?

Peakd stopped their proposal months ago.
Ecency is completly open source and they have done a nice job in the past with the web and the mobile app. Its probably the closest thing to what an app needs for massive adoption.
What is the proper amount of funds is like many things around here up to debate :)
