Role-play is good. But it also requires your special social skills to interweave with others to fulfill that objective.

A threader can be excellent but he may be poor at such roles.

However, I 100% agree with U.

Everyone is interested in something.

They should be threading about what they're interested in.

Not just saying 'oh I have to thread' like the timeline is filled with right now.

These things work only when a community has grown sufficiently big.

U can not expect from a community to dos such things when there are hardly 40/50 consistent threaders.

2/ If we do a survey and ask for a sampling of the interest areas, and then create different silos of those interest areas, u will hardly find two or three people in each silo. So the intersection will be either dry or synthetic.

3/ Only when the community is sufficiently big, u will have healthy numbers in silos, and at that point, u can advance such roles for the threaders and that will be free-flowing, organic, and natural engagement.

4/ In any case, U need a healthy community, sufficient in numbers(if not big), and most importantly an active community.
