My take on reputation is that the really important part of a rep, is an intangible.
You're never going to be able to rank people with NFTs, tokens etc.
You just know whose account username is more respected than someone else.

That is true. It is the "human" element. That said, we can do some things to quantify activity and contribution.
Does that make the person trustworthy? No. Does it capture the level of trust? I would say no.
