You can check this page https://hive-engine.com/history/LEO (for example) and anything you have with "Tokens Issue" is contract based issued tokens for something you have done in the domain of LEO token. Usually this is (can be) your curation.
Maybe @khaleelkazi can comment more about if there is any other issuing scenarios.
On other tokens, they usually use the comments contract to reward users based on their stake and posts tags.
