It's important to realize if the action you keep repeating helps you or, on the contrary, hurts you. The consequences of actions with small gradual effect are sometimes difficult to assess until they produce enough of a change through the compound effect.
I mostly don't talk about my power-ups anymore, I didn't think it was necessary, but I make sure to actually keep at it.
