I have both Linux Mint (main laptop) and Win10 currently, two laptops, one older (i3, 4GB RAM) and one I just purchased (i7, 16GB RAM). Also, I can use my smartphone to access Hive if I need to, but I don't prefer this option.

He actually gave me the idea about Linux Mint. Before he mentioned it, I would have gone with what I already knew: Ubuntu. I don't regret choosing Linux Mint.
Hehehe... I'm glad that you like it... It is not as heavy as Ubuntu, but it knows to have some small "bugs"... I suppose that Ubuntu does it too...
So far so good. I haven't run into any trouble yet, lol.
