They are both great buys, imo. It really comes down to your preference long-term. If I try to be unbiased and look only at the opportunity window, I'd buy SPS. It has a very low price (doesn't mean it won't get lower than that), it has a high potential to rise from here both through the returning demand and through the burn mechanics if DEC reaches its peg, and it has its GLX airdrop going on RIGHT NOW. For HIVE the price is extremely good (although we will see lower numbers if bitcoin keeps crashing), and we might regret not buying more in the aftermath. The decision is yours.
