I would like yo try some day of this but i think Is not good idea spend your BCT if you buy a cofee today with this money you could buy 10 cup of cofee un the future i think.

That's true, but you could convert some of your income to BTC on a regular basis or refill the LN wallet with fiat from time to time. Also expect that Bitcoin will become more stable in the long run.
