Recently my neighbor did not collecting his harvest, and the grain was losing, it was a coffee harvest.
I was walking near to their land and property and i was feeling sad very sad, because all quantity and quality of coffee grains, the harvest was not pickup.
If you see the dry grains in the trees, it indicates that the harvest was loses, why this happens, if you have been investing in your harvest during a year, you have been spending all quantity of money in your land, waiting for a profit.
When you investing some money in your land,or in a proyect, you do not want to get a loses, you always want to get a profit, but what happens when you do not see any profit during the harvest, for example when the prices will go down before you pickup your harvest, you can estimate how much money you need to spend for pickup the harvest and you can took a radical decition, for example your cost have been up and up, and you can decide do not spend more money in your harvest, and all money invested before, it convert in sunk cost, because your loses do not increase anymore, and you do not loses a big quantity of money only a part little this is a good decision, specially when you stimate that you will not receive enough money to cover the cost.
I am thinking this was happens with the harvest coffee of my neighbor, for this reason he decides do not pickup the harvest.
And this financial technique is very usesfull by all entrepreneurs, because if you loses money in a protect but you decides how much you can support to loses no more, it is same in our crypto world, it is called stop loss, it is same i do not want to loses more money, but when it is not possible do not losses money, I want to loses the less money possible.
Until this day, i will continues feeling a little sad, because the harvest was losses.
I hope with my rice harvesting I do not decided to apply the sunk cost.

Whenever I invest in something I try to analyze every detail. Although sometimes I don't get the profits I expected, if there is a previous study we always get benefits.
