Why would anybody want to renew a subscription to get screwed over?

Sure is quite a telling situation that you are going out and begging for people to renew their subscription. Must mean that everything I said is true and the fact that you guys are losing repeat business is now really undermining the entire community.
I mean you could have actually produced a quality product in the first place and had a little bit of decent customer service and never been in the situation.
