Mobile phone is handy for trading. I nuked my savings to buy a good phone during Christmas for the same trading purpose, but now I don't think I will do trading ever again.
I just want to play a little, with an amount that won't hurt, and something I can always flip to fiat when I'm broke in real life.

Depends on how and what assets you are looking at trading, there are many DEXs out there on different chains.
Are you wanting to just spot trade? Leverage trade? day trade? or just swing trade?
There are DEXs for pretty much every style of trading you want to do.
