I and my younger brother had to fend for ourselves since we lived separately from our dad. We had to move in with a family friend and that experience taught me a lot of lessons I will briefly share in this thread.
We were maltreated and life felt like hell for two weeks. They are people my mom relied a lot on but they didn't hesitate to show us who they were in the absence of my mom.
I had heartbreaking experiences that still played in my head today
That incident taught me that it is only during difficult moments you discover those who truly care about you and people will always pretend to love you until bad days. I wouldn't know the true nature of the people we called family friends.
I wouldn't have known the true nature of these people but the good thing was that after Mom recovered, I took up the tasks to learn all that we depended on our family friends and today, those lessons still help and guide me in life.
Sometime, the people we most rely on would take advantage of this and fraustrate our lives. It's good your mom recovered and things went back to normal

Such a situation cane be very critical, especially whn it involves our mom's. I hope she came out of it successfully.
