Investors intend to sue the developer André Kronier and to conduct fork yearn.finance.

A group of investors is raising funds to prosecute yearn.finance founder Andre Kronier. Their claims are related to the Eminence (EMN) project, which raised $15 million in its pools before the official release, after which the money was withdrawn by the intruder.

EMN Investigation intends to sue Cronier, the developer of yearn.finance under the banteg name and an active supporter of the Blue Kirby project. They also plan to fork yearn.finance and hand out half of the coins of the new project to the donors. The second half is due to victims of the "EMN scandal". "We will create a DeFi-ecosystem, but without intruders," EMN Investigation writes.

Of the $15 million stolen, the hacker transferred $8 million to Cronier's wallet. These funds were used to partially compensate for the losses of investors. At the same time Cronier said that there are still a few weeks left before the release of Eminence, and the contract was launched exclusively for closed testing. EMN Investigation argues that if the contract was not intended for a wide range of users, Cronier, banteg and Blue Kirby should not have been so actively promoting Eminence.

"If EMN was running in test format, its token had a zero cost. However, André watched as $15 million was transferred to it and did not say a word. On the contrary, he continued to increase interest in the project with retweets," they write.

Last week, Cronier announced that he wouldn't stop working on DeFi projects, but would no longer be actively involved in the community on Twitter.
