i really do agree to this too and I believe this would be for safer measures, and it would people to have secure assets.
A cold wallet is a type of Cryptocurrency wallet that stores a user's private key offline, while a warm wallet also stores your private keys offline but in this case can be connected to the internet if the need arises
To give you an idea, a cold wallet is one in which you have 100% control of your assets by owning the private keys, hot wallets are the ones we see in exchanges like Binance and in which Binance itself holds the private keys, for example.
