It's a pancake with vegetables. On top is dried bonito flakes, mayonnaise and sauce. It has the aroma of Japanese soup stock☺

Okonomiyaki is a Japanese-style pancake made from egg, flour, water, cabbage and pork. I had no plans for the day, so I just slept, ate, and drank beer, which I thought was a very nice way to spend the day! 2/🧵
