It depends a lot - all the five on the picture are completely different. Malt gives beer sweet tones, hops aromatic taste that ranges from extremely bitter to fruity acidic. And then there's yeast, or even milk fermetation. Besides, another aroma can be added during the brewing - one of the beers on the picture contains rapsberries.
