1/🧵 Okey, this topic is quite hard to handle. However, nobody is forcing you to write some random crap about things you don’t relate to! On the contrary, it is your original approach to the topic what counts. Space exploration huh? How could anyone but a few lucky astronauts or billionaires, maybe scientists, have anything to say about that? Well, soak a bit of inspiration here if you will.

2/🧵 When I was a kid, I loved the Planetatarium here in Prague. For the unlucky ones who have never attended any show in such institution, imagine it as a huge cinema where movies are screened on the inner side of a huge dome – thanks to this machine.

3/🧵 The projector can screen basically anything, and makes you feel you’re actually witnessing a star show that would normally take billions of years within say one hour. Supernovas, birth of new stars, the first day of Earth or other planets, you name it. I can take you around the known bit of universe better than any sci-fi movie.

4/🧵 I made my grandparent to take me to basically every show and learned to name constellation. I was quite a nerd back then. And years later, I took my girlfriend there, when she moved to the Czech Republic. The old familiar place got even better. It has become the best one in the world, boasting with the best screening technology in this category.

5/🧵Yes, we did enjoy the show – some of the screenings are for adults too. And there’s plenty of other stuff to do besides of the screenings, you can try a Moon driving simulator – there’s a space-like rover which simulates Moon gravity and lets you jump over craters and so. 100% recommend.

6/🧵So that’s my bit of personal space exploration. I hope this threadstorm was more fun than the entries I’ve read so far. I guess you’ve at least learnt something new, haven’t you?

I'm already writing my post for this next round.

Well, this threadcast might make you rethink the structure a bit ;)

Given that you actually read it.
