Automating The OnBoarding Process With Some Sexy Out Of The Box Thinking!

Building out a LeoFinance on-demand OnBoarding Training is more important thank we might think at first glance.

I'll be the first to admit that on boarding someone onto LeoFinance is A LOT OF WORK, but I am working with @scaredycatguide and @khaleelkazi to see if we can get something built for new users joining our community.

Why Is This Important To Me?

It's simple really. I have grown a Real Estate Investment Community and many of them are asking me how to get started in Crypto.

To his credit @Scaredycatguide has been putting in hundreds of hours doing 1on1 and group trainings for our community at AlchemistNation, but he and I both agree. There has to be a better way to get my community onboarded to LeoFinance.

Staking LEO And Voting

The staking component to LEO offers a 16% Return On Investment that doesn't include the MASSIVE growth potential for the token itself, which is very appealing to RE Investors.

The goal, is to make it easumier for my community and others like us. To be able to find out about and join the LeoFinance community.

This is a part of the over arching goal to make financial education available to the masses.

Below are statistics that large platforms have compiled on the results experienced from adding an "On-demand Learning" component to their websites:
Screenshot_20220219213013_Chrome.jpg

Scaled customer education drives business impact +30%

Increase in product adoption
within 30 days of training +73%

More likely to renew trained customers +10%

Incremental expansion on customer accounts is one more bonus that comes with automating the education process.

For now, I am proposing the use of my online training platform and been working closely with Mitch to get thr videos created for this training.

Expect an update on this project -> Coming Soon!

It is for sure a lot of work been doing it for a year via email lead captures and a few have come in and taken an active part. It needs to be scaled this goes for all of Hive in general though the onboarding process should be MUCH easier no complicated 9 step process to create and start posting lol

I have a feeling this may change however come the roll out of Project blank as most people will already know what that's all about and it seems like the speed and onboarding will be smooth and easy before releasing any keys and all that crazy info. I mean heck there might be some people that just never pay attention to their tokens and just enjoy using the platform.

Creating some free training like this is great and once setup for the most part never really needs to be changed and the basic idea behind it all remains the same.

@bitcoinflood you've got the right idea and creating an email campaign was an awesome way to engage and support people who want to get involved!

It's definitely a lot of work! I tried doing it with a friend or two and it was already very time and energy consuming so I can't even imagine the amount of effort you guys are putting into onboarding people en masse.

Looking forward to hearing about the updates!

@tokenizedsociety great job on onboarding your friends and supporting them!

Actually, the problem with onboarding is to make them believe that you can earn crypto by just writing about your favourite topic, the hardest part is making them believe that all these things are not scams...but yeah we should continue to do our part and let them decide to join or not.

Leo is down now and I believe Now is the right time to Stake more of leo because it will add you more cash.

I onboarded some people to Hive years ago, sorry to say they are gone and still on Facebook. I burnt up my voting power trying to keep them going. If you guys come up with some kind of vote for the new people bot I would delegate to it.

I think that the LeoFinance community should buy the idea of using your visual platform to onboard newbies. This and the efforts of many other platforms will help the community grow.

It's actually not easy for newbies to get acquainted the how the community operate but this proposal it'll be faster than before.

Thanks.

I think onboarding people is definitely tough. I tried pitching to a few of them and I barely only had 1 person join. It wasn't really for the blogging aspect but they wanted to be paid to walk (Actifit).

Indeed, on boarding is some ground level hard work. Especially the investors add to the intrinsic valuation and price appreciation. Developments are only useful if there are people to use them.

Appreciation for your work sir. 🙌

I personally believe that the hardest part is to actually retain people. To keep the people who're signing up. I know from the earlier Hive (Steemit) days that is was fairly easy to get people to sign up due to all the screwed "get rich quick" types of posts, but onces people didn't earn "as much as they wanted" they gave up quite easily as well.

I have probably on boarded ~100 different people over the years, and even though I know that some of them are still here, my best guess is that roughly a handful of them are active while the rest of them have quit. Many of them where former co-workers of mine and people I knew. They, like many others I have talked with in the past felt ignored and they wheren't satisfied with the rewards they earned because they usually compared themselves with other, more established and well-known users. That is obviously a big mistake, but still a mindset I wasn't capable of changing. So at one point, I just gave up trying..

That being said, I think it's easier nowadays when we have communities like LeoFinance, as we can point people in the direction they basically are looking for. Even though people are eager to make money, I think people are looking for information on a different level today. People are looking for ways to learn, getting experience and people have a- (or want to have a) better understanding of "crypto" in general these days.

I always like out of the box thinking, so I welcome all the efforts and attempts of getting people onboard.

Hive is a bit complex compared to other social media platforms. So, I understand and have experienced the stress in guiding people. However, that hasn't stopped me from onboarding those who are interested.

The newbie course will be a great way to draw your community members over here.

Education is a key factor and it never ends as learning is what keeps us evolving and surpassing ourselves. Great to see such big figures putting their energy and work to bring others into the Leo Finance ecosystem!

I'm still trying to onboard myself fully here!!!! I'm onboard all the way, been since the steemit, but I never really got into the whole defi aspect of our Blockchain untill recently. This guide would be great, even for old timers like me who jave only used the platform for blogging!

Thanks for doing what you're doing!

Hell Yea! @scaredycatguide is all about getting more knowledge into the minds of people hungry to understand LEO and the CubDefi Space!

Started following! Thanks again

This is very much spot on. Pretty much everyone that I have spoken to about Hive/Leofinance hit a barrier when it comes to understanding the mechanics and basic workings of the platform.

This barrier for many is significant enough to deter them. Removing barriers through educational understanding is not only a good idea, it's the only idea that will have an impact!

This is awesome stuff, guys! Love what you are doing. The more the merrier. We obviously need a fresh set of investors & creators from different domains. Onboarding people into crypto is a lot of work in general and then there's Hive/LeoFinance. You need to focus on an automated funnel that could help users learn on their own and quickly start creating or investing or both. 🚀 All the best with the project. Looking forward to future updates. Cheers!
