The expanding formulae from khal and the LeoFinance project overwhelmed me. From CubDeFi to the PolyCUB and I know that in no time another application will come up. This means that the LeoFinance community is not static but a moving train.
On the aspects of the credibility of the PolyCUB, people will always look back at the nature of Leo and how it's stood the test of time and has survived for more than 3 years, although it's not yet where we want it to be. Since the Cub has succeeded, the PolyCUB will also succeed.
Thanks.
I'm awaiting the airdrop of the PolyCUB in a matter of days.

I agree my friend and we are all very excited for the PolyCub Airdrop coming!

Great work integrating that onboarding tutorial!
The only problem is that I've had problems using Hive Onboard to create accounts in the past.
They didn't have enough account creation tokens or something so it would just say unavilable to sign up.
What are your thoughts on changing it to get people to sign up to lite accounts using their Twitter via the get started button at the top of leofinance.io?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
@forexbrokr I really like this idea! I will mention it to @scaredycatguide to see if he has a tutorial he can add to start new users off with the Lite Account instead of the Hive Onboard.
I agree that the Resource Credits are just one more delay to the process that we want to avoid.
Elon Musk is known for saying, "the best part is, no part". So less chances for problems is much better!

Really enjoyed listening to that. I keep up with most Leo stuff, so there wasn't really anything new here for me, but I enjoyed hearing it all summarized and listening to the talk.
As Khal said near the beginning, I learn nearly everything I know about crypto from LeoFinance and make my money primarily from that info. It is really such an invaluable site.
Not sure if I'd turn to it for tips at picking up women though...

@dbooster Ha ha I love that you've been diving into all of the info on PolyCub and I agree, this was a great recap for anyone who hasn't been as involved and new members to our community.
I also agree, there isn't much advice out here for picking up women, LOL
Maybe @scaredycatguide could share some of his exploits as a bachelor in Del Ray, LOL

Thank you for this interview, Leofinance is a good community and Leofinance is a good project, but it needs publicity and a killer app. I think Leobridge and Project Blank may be the killer Apps, but Polycub is a contender.
P.S.
I love how you asked a question about people's motivation and then kept showing a stack of currency, ? hundreds?
I like that your were comfortable saying people are here for the money. Even if you were smiling and making it look like a joke, like memes jokes contain truths.
It's a fact of life that we need to put food on the table, clothes on backs and rooves over heads. That takes money.
Then we should get to the discussion about how engagement, commenting, upvoting and others forms of bring value improve your networking and ultimately your success here.
Refreshing honesty.
Thanks

Thank you for the praise. I started reading some of the material you have published here on real estate investing. I downloaded your book Broke to 250,000, and after. I finish it, I will take advantage of the other resources available here.

@shortsegments I am looking forward to your feedback on the book!

I read the book during my commute and my lunch break today. It was a fast read only 144 pages. It was an emotionally enthralling read and I could feel your pain and your determination. I will always remember what you said about the effects of the stress on those close to you and remembering to listen. Very important.
Thank you for sharing your life story, it was inspirational. The human side of the story made it hard to put the book down until it was done. And reading it in one setting allowed me to absorb a lot of the tips and insights in the book because the story nature makes learning easier and more interesting.
I have always loved real estate, but honestly I hated being a landlord because my 1st tenant tortured me. I sold the house to her and moved on to investing in stocks and options. I didn’t want to deal with people anymore.
But this book has stired my passion for real estate again. So I will at your website again tomorrow looking for reading material. I think multi families looks very profitable and gives you more opportunities to help people, so I will ignore the potential downside of dealing with difficult people. LOL
Thanks for the book and I look forward to learning more.

@shortsegments very impressive reading it all in one shot!
Having 1 unit can be very hard to manage and the game gets much easier once you have the abilities to bring in a property manager.
Compared to stocks, options and crypto real estate is definitely the more demanding asset, bit where it really stands apart is in its ability to build wealth with little or no capital invested due to the leverage available.
I am looking forward to seeing your feedback on AlchemistNation.com and what we can improve!
My goal for the site is to have comprehensive and easy to understand courses for building businesses, investing in stocks, crypto options and much more beyond real estate.
Ultimately, the goal us to build a symbiotic relationship with the AlchemistNation.com community and the LeoFinance community to help more people learn how to attain financial freedom!

I think this is a very good idea. You have a community dedicated to building wealth here on Leofinance.
And while it’s primary focus is on crypto, it is also populated by people who want to learn how to build wealth.
Plus the diversity of countries and economies is a true test of the principle that real estate investing is a wealth builder all over the world.
Lastly, the merging of your current model of onboarding people to real estate investing with efforts to onboard to Leofinance is also a good one. I think it takes advantage of everything you have learned onboarding people to real estate investing and should fast track the development of your new onboarding process to Leofinance.

Good one from the team and honestly have given so much faith and trust to this project too, nice one and a well done job so far
Great one and it is so good to see how far the project is becoming this day's, can't wait to finally have this project released
Wow the onboarding training is awesome. I would check it out, and share any suggestions that may come up. This would help a lot for onboarders and those who wants to go into onboarding.

The coolest thing about the LeoFinance universe is its amazing ability to build and retain community, which is SO important. There seem to be lots of great projects in the world, but without a strong community to serve as their frontline "mouthpiece" they don't tend to go very far. Leo's community is exceptional
Granted, I am biased but Leo also has the "magic formula" to keep that community excited about what happening... always something new in the works. And that's where many projects fail... they get off to an explosive running start and then... everything goes to sleep. Not here!
=^..^=
