The conversation started with this picture of Me and Brian Huffman at "Train The Trainer" in Orlando a few years ago
Brian followed up the picture by saying, "Check out this gem that I found. What song did you do again?"
Brian was referring to an experience at this speaker training event where we get dressed up in costumes and put on a show in front of the other 100+ future trainers. (In case you are wondering, the song was, "Sexy and I know it" by "lmfao")

Why Share This Story
After catching up a bit he asked me if I know anything about buying a business. To which I obviously responded with a yes and that many of our community members actually buy businesses and that we focus on building businesses as one of our key wealth strategies.
After sharing more about the mentorship and what we do, he shared with me something that has had me thinking all night and into today.
He said, "I had no idea really what you were doing or how it could benefit me".
I think that this is something that not only affects me as a trainer but is also common among real estate investors and agents.
The people we are friends with are only seeing our videos and FB posts, but in many cases, we aren't actually communicating what we do and how they can fit themselves into what we do or why it is important to get involved.
This is just something I've been thinking about more as I continue to work with my marketing team and my communications coach to attract the right people into our growing community.

It's more than just a sweet mug and killer shirt to those of us in Alchemist Nation. It is a movement and an extra layer of purpose to our unique and individual larger purpose that each one of us carries.
To create room for future millionaires in your growth and share the bounties of your efforts together is an ideal that we are continually building towards.
In short, I want to share with you that the people closest to you, might actually want to jump into your mission, and it may just take having a different kind of conversation to show them how.

It is one thing to market our services and products but it is another thing to market it to the right audience. I feel our marketing should begin with those quite close to us and then it expands.
Equally, I think one-on-one marketing strategy often seem more profitable that just printing billboards everywhere.
I hope you achieve the vision of your movement.

@tomlee I agree with you my friend! In fact, most of my company is based on 1 to 1 conversations. The marketing we do is purely for branding and long term relationship development, but our direct sales department is responsible for 90% of our sales, which drive the business. Marketing is very important because it does make those sales conversation possible.
