HIVE has been trading flat around $0.40 cents plus minus 5 cents here and there. We definitely need a push from here so that it starts trading above $0.50 cents and then pushing for $1. I hope we get there pretty soon, so lets see how things pan out in near future. Now coming to the main topic of this post, which is my earnings from the Binance - Simple Earn program for #HIVE which I subscribed Yesterday. I started with 4K+ HIVE but then immediately pushed all the liquid #HIVE that I was having to the Simple Earn program. Ok now before I get any further, have a look at the following image that I took from my Binance wallet.
My Earnings in #HIVE After ONE Day - SIMPLE EARN...
Yes a total of 14K+ #HIVE invested and the cumulative Real - Time earnings as of writing this article is 18+ HIVE. Not that bad if you see. All this #HIVE lying ideal in my wallet was not generating anything. Yeah I know the high risk is keeping funds in a CEX. But then one needs to take that risk if you want to earn some good returns. No doubt the APR has fallen to 32% from 40% which was Yesterday. The APR here keeps fluctuating and until its above 25% I will stay invested and if its drop then the plan would be get back the HIVE to my HIVE wallet. CEX [Centralized Exchange] is a danger - Not your Keys Not your Wallet its that simple for me. I don't want to keep in a hefty amount here on a CEX. I do have a short term goal here as well, where I am targeting my total investment to be 15K+ HIVE so if this achieved quickly I will be more than happy to take the advantage of SIMPLE Earn program here at Binance. I am also have another plan to peruse. But right now its just a thought. What I want to do is redirect 20 #HIVE daily from the SIMPLE EARN program earnings and power up all that 20 #HIVE. Does this sound interesting to you and if I should give it a try and see how it goes. Maybe in a day or two I should be able to decide and incase I go with this plan then definitely this addition to power up 20 #HIVE daily here would further help me achieving my GOAL of 150K HP by then end of this year 2025. What I learnt over years is have a plan then just execute it and see how its going on good or bad. And if its not turning in your favor then simple put a stop there itself and start thinking of something else. How difficult it should be? In all happy with the investment yield from #hive and buying more stake in second layer tokens here on the Hive Blockchain... Happy Investing & #hive to the mooon sooon.... Did you join Simple Earn program on Binance? Did you observe the spike in dollar value for your liquidity on hive-engine? Did you leverage the convert swap.hive and vice-versa service provided on Beeswap? Which service you do use while converting #HIVE & SWAP.HIVE? What is the benefit for Binance to offer such a high APR? Is Binance actually losing out?
I think it helps Binance with liquidity for HIVE especially on the big pump days. I may be wrong but if it attracts investors then the volume on Binance for HIVE will rise and they make more money from all the daily trading.
Ideally not. They are in Business for money. I think giving on loan to users maybe.

I've discovered this earn function on Binance yesterday and it's interesting to see your post. When you look back on the APR chart, there were periods where APR was around 10% and then it spiked once quite high. I believe they use the simple earn to back future contracts and they can pay a return on that. The more hive on simple earn, the less APR I suppose will be paid. It's not totally transparent how things work but it's great to have derivate products on hive. If people transfer their hive to binance, there will be less stake to curate and more apr for curators. It's a win-win in my opinion :-)
