Let me first start with the recent announcement that came in where Trivago has partnered with Travala and this partnership will allow millions of Trivago users to find, compare, and book Travala’s properties worldwide, which is over 2.2 million properties in 230 countries, 400,000+ activities, and 600+ airlines globally. You see the numbers and you bet these numbers are growing exponentially as far as I can say. Actually a benefit for both the companies here in terms of visibility and to users who get to see more options on the Trivago, a well-known hotel search engine. Plus the users will have the option to pay with major crypto tokens using #BTC #ETH #SOL #AVA and others. This move by Trivago is one of the biggest and first step by a travel platforms to embrace crypto payments, this move definitely have shaken up the industry and we could see more of this coming in near future. Just that you know Travala is the leading Web3 travel platform and coming to the the crypto token which is AVA for Travala and it is trading around $0.60+ cents. My Investment in AVA token...
My investment with Travala started in 2023 where I had bought 1K+ AVA tokens and just kept there on the Travala platform wallet. Here is the post that I done back then - Investing in Travala $AVA token - Bought 1K+ is iT a good Buy???. I bought AVA tokens back then at a price of $0.40 cents and till now not much of a difference has been made and now it makes me feel should I remain invested to wait for some more time before I sell all the 1K+ AVA tokens. The idea was to take advantage of the platform while booking flights and hotels but to be honest I didn't see much of price difference while booking from Travala webportal when compared to vendors that we have here in India which is Makemytrip and others.
Travala the company publishes a monthly report on their booking and revenue in December report they reported Surpassing $100 Million in Annual Revenue and Unveils Bitcoin and AVA Treasury Reserve Plan. The same report can be checked here.. So what next plans do I have for my 1K+ AVA tokens. To be honest my plan is to stay invested here and explore the AVA Smart Program. Definately I have enrolled to the Basic plan which is for FREE but the as you raise your level the benefits increases.
