Sounds the Spanish,we did similar things when living inSpain.
Spanish are very similar do south americans! I had a friend from Montreal that used to say the same thing after living in both Spain and Brazil.
I’m not sure but I’ve heard drinking durian and milk can kill you. Maybe that’s where this comes from. Actually my friend got a swollen head and had to go to the hospital after drinking milk with durian. 😮
interesting… every country they add one different fruit to be mixed with milk to turn into a poison! In pakistan is watermelon, brazil mango and there durian… well i only heard about durian since we dont have in Brazil… but i heard about the smell hehe
2/🧵 However nothing gets more crazy, when superstitions are related to health. For example, people say that drinking milk with Mango can be toxic and even kill you.
3/🧵 It is so strong that even my wife asked me about that one of these days, if this type of mix can kill us. We know that both are very nutritious and make more good than bad unless you have an allergy to one of them.
