I totally agree. Creating a community is not just presenting a good project and that's it, you have to show the users that your project can be useful to them, that it is useful and that your users are an important part of the project.

Absolutely. Users need to see you have value to impact then they will come in.

yeah the transparency is need and thing is they are creating that from all their explanation so far, and with Web3 and all I don't think we gat to worry.

There won't be a thriving community built on less transparency because it's going to crash down. Getting the community members involved and giving them the right to vote for a proposal so everyone can get involved in the projects
